No Refund Policy
All purchases on Concept Compounders Academy are final. Once a payment is successfully made, we do not provide refunds, except in the cases listed below. Please review the course details carefully before you buy.
Exceptions (100% Refund Cases)
A full (100%) refund will be given only in these situations:
- The course is discontinued by Concept Compounders Academy before 50% of its scheduled classes or lessons are completed
- Classes do not start for any reason after successful payment
- Payment is deducted but course access is not provided
- A duplicate payment is made because of a technical error
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us on email or WhatsApp (details below).
- Share your registered email, the course name, the payment ID or screenshot, and the reason.
- We will check your payment and reply with the decision. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
