Welcome to Concept Compounders Academy ("CCA"). By using our website, courses, quizzes and test series, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Our Services

CCA provides online educational content for school students (CBSE, Classes 6 to 12), competitive exam preparation, test series and skill-development courses. Some courses and quizzes are free and some are paid. We may modify, update or discontinue any part of the website, courses or tests at any time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must give correct information when you register and verify your email.
If you are under 18, you must use the website with the permission of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.

3. Course and Test Access

Access is given only to the registered user. Sharing login details with others is not allowed.
Access duration, if limited, is mentioned at the time of purchase.
Tests and quizzes may have fixed timings, schedules, or attempt limits, which are shown on the test page.

4. Educational Purpose, No Guarantee

Our content is for learning and practice. We try to keep it accurate and in line with the NCERT / exam syllabus, but small errors can happen.
We do not guarantee any particular marks, rank, selection or result.
Ranks and percentiles shown on test results are only among the students who took that test on CCA.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on CCA (videos, notes, PDFs, questions, quizzes, images and designs) belongs to Concept Compounders Academy.

You may not copy, record, share, distribute or resell any content.
Unauthorised sharing may lead to account suspension and legal action.

6. Payments

Payment for a paid course or test series must be made in full before access.
Prices and offers may change without prior notice.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse the platform or try to hack, scrape or disturb the system
Cheat in tests, use bots or fake accounts, or share test questions and answers unfairly
Post abusive, harmful or misleading content, including in the doubt box or contact form

Violation may result in account suspension without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Concept Compounders Academy is not responsible for:

Technical issues beyond our control, such as internet, device or third-party service failures
Any loss of marks, rank or opportunity arising from the use of our content
Any indirect or consequential damages

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who breaks these terms, with or without prior notice.
